Registration Fees

This is a physical event with live broadcast available. Both full day passes and half day passes are available. HKIB members and members of supporting organisations can enjoy discounted rate to attend the event.

*Early bird discount rate is applicable to registration received on or before 31 August 2024 (Saturday).

We are overwhelmed by the tremendous response to our event registration! Due to an unprecedented number of sign-ups, event registration is now closed.
Terms and Conditions
  1. All fees paid are non-refundable except when the event is cancelled.
  2. Confirmation email will be sent to participants via email 7-10 days before the conference.
  3. All payments must be settled before event commencement.
  4. In case of over-subscription, priority will be given on a “first-come first-serve” basis.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel, modify and/or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  6. The conference will be rescheduled if No. 8 typhoon signal or above, black rainstorm warning or “extreme conditions” is hoisted at 7:00am on 27 September 2024. Conference fees will not be refunded. Please refer to the event website: https://bankingconference.hkib.org/hkib2024 for announcements on the day under bad weather conditions.
  7. Any bank charges and/or expenses incurred as a result of bounced cheques and/or wire transfer will be borne by the participants.
  8. We reserve the right to alter the contents of this conference and/or the identity of the conference presenters due to circumstances beyond our control.
  9. In complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the information provided here will be accessed only by the organiser, sponsors and event manager for the purpose of this conference. We will not use your personal data for any other purposes without your prior consent unless such use is permitted or required by law. From time to time, we may provide you with information regarding our offerings and events. You can unsubscribe by sending an email to cs@hkib.org with the subject "unsubscribe".
  10. The first name and last name (e.g. CHAN Tai Man) provided will be used in the Certificate of Attendance for CPD declaration, no amendment shall be provided upon registration.
  11. The HKIB would issue the "Certificate of Attendance" to participants who have complied with the "HKIB Attendance Policy", please refer to link below: https://t.ly/k02cY
  12. The certificate will be e-mailed to the above corresponding e-mail address within 1 month after completion of the programme.
